Quick Steps

Follow these steps to export videos from your device:

  1. Open iExplorer and connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
  2. If iTunes opens and asks to sync, click No or Cancel.
  3. Go to Photos & Videos from Device Overview (or from the left sidebar).
  4. Select items and choose an export option.

Open iExplorer on your Mac or PC, then connect your device with a USB cable.

If iTunes prompts you to sync, avoid syncing until export is complete.

After connecting, iExplorer opens on Device Overview. From there, click Photos & Videos. You can also open it from the left sidebar.

In Photos & Videos, you can access Camera Roll, Recorded Videos, albums synced from iTunes, Photo Stream, and custom albums. Videos and photos appear in the main list with export actions at the bottom.

  • On Windows, click Export Entire Library to export everything.
  • On Mac, click Export All Photos to export all items (with options for Photos/iPhoto where available).

To export specific items only, select one or more videos first (hold Control on PC or Command on Mac), then choose Export Selected....
